where did you come up with this article? Brilliant! The writing looks familiar: I believe that this person was appointed head of the EPA by W and edits papers on global warming for accuracy in prognostication.

This was written in 1904. It is from the Warbler, New York State's birding magazine. At least it was New York's in the early 1900s.
