I recently discovered Manville as well. I was at a local video store in Woonsocket, RI when I came across an ad from Manville Pizza. I thought it was just advertising how manly their pizzas were, that you can watch sports and do other manly things (like drink beer, ect...) at this pizza place. I then realized it was located in Manville, RI. There is an entire ville dedicated to doing all of the manly things listed above, and more.
Someone told me this was the road to Girl Town, or Ladiesburg or Foxopolis - I forget which but it was not Manville.
